When you send an inquiry, we may collect your name, business email address, company, telephone or WhatsApp number, product interest, project requirements, the page from which the inquiry was submitted, your first landing page, referring page and campaign parameters such as UTM or advertising click identifiers. First-touch source information is stored in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days so it can accompany an inquiry submitted during a later visit. Our hosting provider may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and security logs, and may infer an approximate country and city from the request IP address.

- To protect the website from spam, abuse and security threats.
- To meet contractual, accounting or legal obligations.
3. Legal basis and sharing
We process inquiry information to take steps requested by you before entering a contract and for our legitimate interest in responding to business requests. We share information only with service providers needed to host the website, deliver inquiry emails or support the requested project, and with authorities where legally required. 4. Storage and retention
Inquiry emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for quotation, project, support and legal purposes. If an operational backup store is enabled for the inquiry system, its website copy is configured to expire after 90 days. Data may be processed in China or in the locations used by our hosting and email-delivery providers.
5. Cookies, analytics and external services
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and page performance. Its JavaScript beacon sends limited technical data to Cloudflare for these reports. We do not use advertising cookies. Basic hosting and security logs may also be created automatically. Links to WhatsApp and email applications open third-party services governed by their own privacy terms.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with an inquiry, subject to applicable legal and contractual retention requirements. You may also object to or restrict certain processing where the law provides that right.
